The primary guest should be at least 18 years of age & above to be able to check-in the guest house
During check in, it is mandatory for every guest to produce valid government identification as per rules. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.PAN cards are not accepted.
Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
The guest house reserves the right to take appropriate action against the guest, if any action by the guests be deemed inappropriate or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the management.
Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables lost or left in guest rooms.
Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their rooms or any internal/external areas of the guest house. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors. Guest shall keep the rooms in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Any sub-letting of the rented rooms, surfaces, or spaces for any purposes other than accommodation purposes is strictly prohibited.
The company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the building premises.
The management reserves to itself the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
Visitors not allowed post 10 PM in guest rooms.
GST shall be applicable as per law on all goods & services provided.
Cancellation of booking will be charged @ 50% if intimated prior to 10 Days (240 Hours) and 100% if intimated less than 10 Days from Check In on total accommodation charges, if intimated before 240 hours and 24 hour respectively.
Under no circumstances any guests or their accompaniers are allowed to enter /use/ occupy the common kitchen of the guest house for safety reasons. We have our dedicated cook to prepare meals for your.
